Future Surgery Summit Deadlines
Start planning for the next ACVS Surgery Summit. The 2025 Surgery Summit will be at the Washington State Convention Center in Seattle. October 22 features ACVS’s specialized hands-on laboratories, and October 23–25 offers a unique concentrated continuing education experience including seminars and scientific abstracts.
Laboratory Proposal Submissions
Thank you for submitting proposals for 2025 ACVS laboratories. The deadline to submit proposals was November 3, 2024. The Continuing Education Committee Laboratory Subcommittee will review each proposal and notify Diplomates of the outcome no later than November 15, 2024.
ACVS will announce future Surgery Summit laboratories in early 2025.
Scientific Abstract Submissions
ACVS will begin accepting Scientific Abstracts for the 2025 Surgery Summit in January 2025, with a submission deadline in May 2025. Please note, if selected, the presenting author must register for the Surgery Summit and pay the appropriate registration fee. For additional information, please contact ce@acvs.org.
Exhibit and Sponsorship Sales
Exhibit and sponsorship sales for the 2025 Surgery Summit will begin in February 2025. Please refer to the following tiers for booth selection priority:
- Tier 1: ACVS Premier Sponsors
- Tier 2: 2024 Exhibitors that Sponsored the 2024 Surgery Summit
- Tier 3: 2024 Exhibitors that Did Not Sponsor the 2024 Surgery Summit
- Tier 4: Open to the Public
