Boost booth traffic with the Exhibit Hall Pit Stop Challenge! Engage with attendees as they visit your booth to collect stamps on their Pit Stop cards. As a participant, your company name and booth number will be featured on the cards, driving more traffic to your booth and increasing exposure in a fun, interactive way.

Attendee prizes are provided by ACVS.

Customize an industry event designed for networking and the promotion of products and services to Surgery Summit attendees. Breakfast and lunch opportunities are available. Industry events are located in daily seminar rooms and will remain in theatre-style seating; sponsors should take this into consideration when ordering food and beverage.

The package includes a meeting room with a 100+ person capacity, event recognition on the Surgery Summit website and mobile app, the sponsor’s logo displayed on signage within assigned space, AV (screen, projector, and microphone), and the opportunity to scan attendee badges. The sponsor is responsible for securing a speaker, event content, food and beverage, production of the industry event, and the rental of a lead retrieval device if they move forward with scanning attendee badges. Industry events are considered a sponsorship and are not eligible for ACVS RACE credit.

Friday, October 8

Sponsor a morning seminar on Friday, October 8, that aligns with your company’s initiatives. ACVS is offering sponsors the opportunity to recommend the topic and speaker, subject to final approval by ACVS. This seminar will also contribute to attendees earning RACE credits, ensuring higher attendance.

Sunrise Seminars take place in daily seminar rooms with theatre-style seating. Sponsors are responsible for providing a continental breakfast for attendees and should plan accordingly when ordering food and beverage.

The package includes recognition on the Surgery Summit website and mobile app, the sponsor’s logo displayed on signage within the assigned space, AV equipment (screen, projector, and microphone), and the opportunity to scan attendee badges.

Celebrate the small animal and large animal scientific poster presenters at the Draft & Craft Poster Social, a playful nod to Charlotte’s NASCAR culture and the city’s thriving local craft beer scene! This reception will be held outside the exhibit hall in the ballroom pre-function area on Thursday, October 8, 6–7 pm, providing a relaxed setting for attendees to enjoy refreshments and connect with exhibitors without the barrier of a booth.

The package includes the sponsor’s logo prominently featured on the Surgery Summit website and mobile app, signage throughout the reception area, branded drink tickets for the event, and the opportunity to place small promotional items on the tables. The sponsor also has the option to scan leads as attendees arrive at the reception. The sponsor is responsible for renting the lead retrieval device.
