These Google Sheets were developed by the Residency Program Compliance Committee (PCC) to help programs track the number of cases seen at the hospital within the ACVS core curriculum categories, making it easier to complete the Surgical Caseload section of the Program Registration Application in CERT.
NOTE: Using Google Sheets requires the user to have a Google account (e.g., Gmail account). This is free to set up.
To copy templates:
- Click the desired template link below
- Log in to your Google account
- Click on the File menu in the upper left corner
- Select the ‘Make a copy’ option
- Enter a new file name and save in your Google Drive
After saving: Edit dropdown menus to include your program’s information (hospital site, surgeon, resident, second house officer) and clear any sample data. Share with your desired team.
