Future Surgery Summit Deadlines
Start planning for the next ACVS Surgery Summit. The 2026 Surgery Summit will be at the Charlotte Convention Center in Charlotte, NC. October 7 features ACVS’s specialized hands-on laboratories, and October 8–10 offers a unique concentrated continuing education experience including seminars and scientific abstracts.
Laboratory Proposal Submissions
ACVS will begin accepting laboratory proposals for the 2027 Surgery Summit in August 2026, with a submission deadline set for early November 2026. Please note that laboratory proposals must be submitted by an ACVS Diplomate. For additional information, please contact surgerysummit@acvs.org.
Scientific Abstract Submissions
ACVS will begin accepting Scientific Abstracts for the 2026 Surgery Summit in February 2026, with a submission deadline in May 2026. Please note that if selected, the presenting author must register for the Surgery Summit and pay the appropriate registration fee. For additional information, please contact ce@acvs.org.
Exhibit and Sponsorship Sales
Exhibit and sponsorship sales for the 2026 Surgery Summit will begin in February 2026. Please refer to the following tiers for booth selection priority:
- Tier 1: ACVS Premier Sponsors
- Tier 2: 2025 Exhibitors that sponsored the 2025 Surgery Summit
- Tier 3: 2025 Exhibitors that did not sponsor the 2025 Surgery Summit
- Tier 4: Open to the public
