MOC records due November 1, 2025

MOC records for Diplomates whose certification expires in 2025 must be submitted by November 1, 2025, 11:59 pm (ET). To help you prepare, here is a list of activities that may qualify for activity points toward maintenance of your certification. If you participated in any of these during your maintenance cycle, don’t forget to add them to your MOC record in CERT.

  • Present a lecture on original work
  • Present a poster or abstract
  • Participate as a panelist
  • Present a continuing education lecture or webinar
  • Instruct a laboratory
  • Author a case report or review article
  • Author a textbook chapter
  • Author an original manuscript in a peer-reviewed journal
  • Author ACVS Animal Health Topics or Surgery STAT articles
  • Pursue a master’s or doctoral degree
  • Review manuscripts for a journal
  • Edit a textbook
  • Review ACVS Surgery Summit scientific abstracts
  • Review Animal Health Topics or dvm360 articles
