ACVS has begun a detailed review of the Constitution and Bylaws to determine what updates need to be made to facilitate the separation of certification functions and membership activities. Opportunities where ACVS can modernize the Constitution and Bylaws to meet current governance best practices, simplify the language, and ensure ACVS can respond quickly and effectively to changing business and market conditions will also be reviewed.
Diplomates will have the opportunity to provide feedback on all proposed amendments and, in late 2026, vote on the revised Constitution and Bylaws.
