2026 Rates and Exhibit Policies

Early Bird Rate through May 8, 2026: $3,500 per booth
Standard Rate after May 8, 2026: $3,650 per booth

Product Restrictions and Cash-and-Carry Policy

Exhibitors may not display or sell consumer goods (for example, TENS machines, massage devices, human cosmetics, or other retail-focused items). Our event is intended for industry-specific products.

Sales may occur during the event; however, all purchased items must be shipped or delivered after the event.

Payment Terms and Cancellation Policy

Payment in full is due within 30 days of booth reservation; otherwise, the booth will be released for resale. For reservations made after July 6, 2026, payment is due at the time of registration. ACVS accepts payments for exhibits and sponsorships by check or credit card. ACVS does not accept wire transfers for the annual Surgery Summit.

Notification of booth space cancellation must be submitted in writing to ACVS. If notice of cancellation is received before July 6, 2026, ACVS will refund the exhibit fee less a service charge of $500; on or after July 6, 2026, the exhibitor forfeits 100 percent of total cost of exhibit space reserved and assigned. Cancellations cannot be applied toward future events.
