ACVS is accepting program registration applications for the July 2018 – June 2019 residency year.  Instructions for accessing the online program registration application, along with the 2018 – 2019 Residency Training Standards and Requirements, are available on the ACVS website. Completed applications must be received by August 21, 2017. There is no application fee required. Late applications are not accepted.

Following requests from residents and review by the Resident Credentialing Committee, the Board of Regents has approved the addition of five new journals, Advanced Healthcare Materials, Biomaterials, Journal of Feline Medicine and Surgery, Journal of Biomedical Materials Research Part B: Applied Biomaterials, and Medical Engineering and Physics, to the ACVS Approved Journals List.

Thank you to the residents and Diplomates who submitted videos highlighting successful surgery stories for the first ACVS video competition for VetSpecialists.com. The Public Outreach Committee selected three winners from the five entries.
