Changes to Veterinary Surgery Associate Editors
Dr. Bernard M. Bouvy has completed his term as an associate editor for Veterinary Surgery. Sincere thanks go to Dr. Bouvy for his work on the journal and his commitment as shown by ten years of service on the Editorial Review Board.
Malcolm G. Ness, FRCVS, DECVS
European Associate Editor
The ACVS Board of Regents has appointed Dr. Malcolm Ness as the new European Associate Editor to serve on the Editorial Review Board for Veterinary Surgery.
Dr. Ness is a Diplomate of the European College of Veterinary Surgeons (1995). Having partially retired from clinical work in private practice, he is currently concentrating on writing with occasional outings as a consultant locum specialist Veterinary Surgeon.
Dr. Ness has served nine years as a reviewer on the Editorial Review Board for Veterinary Surgery and regularly reviews for several other national and international journals. He received his Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS) Certificate in Small Animal Orthopaedics in 1988 and a RCVS Diploma of Fellowship (FRCVS) by examination in Small Animal Spinal Disease in 1994.
