In December 2024, ACVS completed its maintenance of certification record audit for Diplomates certified in 2019. The Board of Regents congratulates 74 Diplomates on their continued certification through December 31, 2029. These students have demonstrated exceptional aptitude through initiative, diagnostic skill, dexterity, and perioperative care of animals undergoing surgery. The ACVS Board of Regents approved the addition of one new journal, BMC Musculoskeletal Disorders, to the Approved Journals List. Resident manuscripts must be accepted by a journal on the list to meet the publication requirement.
