I believe that one of the most important aspects of mentoring is to effectively pass on the knowledge and wisdom that others have gathered and tested before you. Being acknowledged as a mentor is a humbling honor bestowed upon us by those from whom we have learned so much. Although I am not certain I deserve such praise, I intend to continue investing in the future of my profession in this manner and hope I can do justice to this recognition.

He has the rare ability to have an immediate intellectual grasp of any situation. He instills the belief that everything can be improved. He is incredibly demanding of others, but more of himself. He sets a high standard from which to judge oneself. He is a compelling, impressive man.
