As members of the American College of Veterinary Surgeons, it is our privilege and responsibility each year to consider appropriate nominees and to vote for our future President (large animal) and two Regents (one from small animal and one from large animal focus). The Nominating Committee needs your help with identifying qualified candidates who are interested in serving the College as a member of the Board.

Dr. Hoyt Cheramie of Merial today presented the 2011 Merial Applied Equine Research Award to Dr. Anthony Blikslager of North Carolina State University during the opening ceremony of the 12th Congress of the World Equine Veterinary Association on November 2. The prestigious award recognizes outstanding research conducted in a specific field of applied equine science over the past five years.
