Thank you for agreeing to speak at the 2008 ACVS Veterinary Symposium, the “Surgical Summit,” in San Diego, CA, October 23-26. Below is an outline of the Symposium deadlines and reference material for your use. Click on the links below to view and/or download PDF versions of this material.

Proceedings Notes:
As you are aware, this year ACVS will be using an online submission system available at http://acvs2008.abstractcentral.com.  Once logged in, please go to the Modify Your Account link on the left menu to update your information and change your password.  If you have not received your login and password, please contact Teresa Perrell.  Return to the welcome page to begin the submission process.  Please read ALL the instructions carefully.  Your notes must be submitted by June 24.

Audio-Visual:
ACVS will provide a “Standard Set” of audio-visual equipment for each seminar at the Symposium. The Standard Set includes:
(1) LCD video/data projector with XGA resolution
(1) PC laptop computer with MS XP Professional (includes PowerPoint)
(1) speaker lectern with a wired lavaliere microphone
(1) laser pointer
