Changes/Cancellation
All refunds must be requested in writing and sent to the ACVS office (19785 Crystal Rock Dr, Suite 305, Germantown, MD 20874). Partial refunds are available for meeting and laboratory registration fees if cancelled by October 8. After October 8, refunds will be made only in cases of extenuating circumstances (e.g., death in the family, medical emergency) and must be supported by written documentation. ACVS cannot process requests received after October 17. Allow 30 days for processing refund requests. Please note: there will be a $75 administrative fee associated with each registration item cancellation/change.
*Resident, Student/Intern Registration Verification ACVS residents may register at the Resident rate for five calendar years from the start of their program. Students, interns and graduate students may register at the Student rate during their program and for one calendar year after completion of their program. Resident or Student status verification by signature of department head or program director is required.ACVS Diplomatesmust register at the Diplomate rate.
**Family/Guest Spouses or guests of veterinarians and technicians are also welcome to attend exhibits and social activities - simply purchase a guest pass ($125.00 per person in advance). Guest registration includes the Wine & Cheese Reception in the exhibit hall on Thursday evening, as well as the ACVS Celebration....Benefitting the ACVS Foundation on Friday evening. You can purchase a ticket for the ACVS Celebration only for $45 per person in advance.
