Mailing labels for the Diplomates of the American College of Veterinary Surgeons (approximately 1,466) are available for purchase and can be provided in zip code or alphabetical order.* Mailing labels for other selections within the ACVS database are also available as indicated below.  They can be used to promote attendance at your exhibit booth, a commercial seminar or presentation session, other special needs, such as building awareness of a new product, service or even employment opportunities. ACVS mailing lists are available for purchase for a one-time use only and are not available electronically.

Mailing label orders can be placed online with a credit card. Orders can also be placed by mail or via fax using the ACVS mailing label order form.

Processing Options

Please allow 10-14 business days for processing of mailing label orders. Rush processing is available for an additional charge of $15.00. Rush orders will be shipped within 10 business days provided all order guidelines have been met (see below).

Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery.  If a rush order is necessary (within 10 business days of bank deposit), please add $15 for rush processing and provide an account number to charge for Federal Express/UPS next business day delivery.  During late February/early March, there may be a delay for orders of Diplomates' mailing labels due to the processing of new Diplomate information.

Order Guidelines

• The terms “board eligible” and “board qualified” are unacceptable under current guidelines.  Guidelines established by the ACVS necessitate changing the terms “board eligible” or “board qualified” to “individuals who have completed residency training” or “individuals with credentials accepted by ACVS.”  Additionally, the term “surgeon” can be used only to refer to ACVS board certified veterinary surgeons.
  
• When placing your order for labels, you must provide a sample copy of the materials you will be mailing and full payment.  The ACVS reserves the right to inspect mailing pieces prior to the sale of its members’ mailing labels and to refuse the sale of its mailing list.  A full refund will be issued if the mailing piece is not deemed suitable. The sale of ACVS mailing labels and/or advertising does not constitute ACVS' endorsement of vendors' products and/or services.
